Network Leaders and Mentors

Network Leaders are resourced by the Bishop and Director of Growth Ministries for leadership of a network. Each has a mentor to support them in their work.

Network Leaders are responsible to lead networks by:

Leading network meetings according to the eight network principles;
Ensuring that pastors are coached between network meetings;
Collecting and reviewing and forwarding pastors’ and network reports;
Alerting the bishop to special needs in churches;
Giving input to MEGaP concerning the pastors/churches of their network when requested;
Assisting in coordinating regional events.
